Banana flapjacks
Servings: Makes 10
Ingredients
75g low fat margarine
1 tablespoon of honey
25g soft brown sugar
1 large banana (mashed)
200g porridge oats
100g sultanas
Method
Preheat oven to 180° / Gas Mark 4
Place the margarine, honey and sugar in a pan and heat gently until sugar has dissolved
Remove from the heat and stir in the banana, oats, and sultanas - mix thoroughly
Press into a lightly greased small baking tin
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown
Leave to cool completely before removing from the tin
