Some quick wins..

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health and can help you feel your best. There are eight practical tips to follow to help you make healthy food choices:

  • Base your meals on starchy carbohydrates

  • Eat lots of fruit and vegetables

  • Eat more fish

  • Cut down on fat and sugar

  • Eat less salt

  • Don’t let yourself get thirsty

The Eatwell Guide can be a great place to start to help you put these ideas into practice, you can find the Eatwell Guide here.
