Eggy bread

Ingredients
1 medium egg
1 tablespoon of full-fat milk
2 small slices of bread
1 teaspoon of oil
Method
Put the egg and milk in a mixing bowl and whisk together using either a fork or a whisk
Put the oil in the frying pan and place on a medium heat - dip the bread slices into the egg mixture then into the hot frying pan
Cook for two minutes on each side until golden and the egg is cooked through - repeat with the remaining bread and serve immediately
