Fish nuggets

Ingredients

  • 400g small fillets of any white fish (diced)

  • 25g plain flour

  • 3 teaspoons of ground paprika

  • 1 medium egg

  • 100g crushed cornflakes

  • Oil

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6

  • Place the flour and paprika in a bowl, add the fish and toss until well covered

  • Place the egg in a bowl and beat well and place the cornflakes in third bowl

  • Lightly oil a baking tray before carefully dipping each piece of fish into the egg and then coat in cornflakes and placing them on the baking tray

  • Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp
