Fish nuggets

Ingredients
400g small fillets of any white fish (diced)
25g plain flour
3 teaspoons of ground paprika
1 medium egg
100g crushed cornflakes
Oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6
Place the flour and paprika in a bowl, add the fish and toss until well covered
Place the egg in a bowl and beat well and place the cornflakes in third bowl
Lightly oil a baking tray before carefully dipping each piece of fish into the egg and then coat in cornflakes and placing them on the baking tray
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp
