Cinnamon swirl
Ingredients: (serves 2)
125g yogurt
100g self raising flour
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
10g vanilla protein powder
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix 100g of yogurt and 100g of flour in a big bowl until it forms a dough.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface until it’s about 1cm thick.
Cut the dough into 3cm strips and roll them into swirls.
Place the swirls on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
For the cinnamon mix, combine melted margarine, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a bowl.
Once the swirls are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then top with yogurt and drizzle the cinnamon mix over them.
