Cinnamon swirl

Ingredients: (serves 2)

  • 125g yogurt

  • 100g self raising flour

  • 1 tbsp margarine, melted

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 10g vanilla protein powder

Method: 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Mix 100g of yogurt and 100g of flour in a big bowl until it forms a dough.

  • Roll the dough out on a floured surface until it’s about 1cm thick.

  • Cut the dough into 3cm strips and roll them into swirls.

  • Place the swirls on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.

  • For the cinnamon mix, combine melted margarine, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a bowl.

  • Once the swirls are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then top with yogurt and drizzle the cinnamon mix over them.
