Protein pancakes
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 banana
1 cup of oats
1 whole egg
Tbsp honey
20g Scoop of protein powder
Splash of milk, to loosen
Toppings:
Greek yogurt
Berries
Honey
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth batter has formed.
Pour your batter into a lightly oiled frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until the pancake has turned a golden-brown colour. Repeat this process with the remainder of your batter.
Stack up your pancakes and spoon on the yogurt, scatter the berries and drizzle the honey. Then dig in!
