Protein pancakes

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 whole egg

  • Tbsp honey

  • 20g Scoop of protein powder

  • Splash of milk, to loosen

Toppings:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Berries  

  • Honey

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth batter has formed.

  • Pour your batter into a lightly oiled frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until the pancake has turned a golden-brown colour. Repeat this process with the remainder of your batter.

  • Stack up your pancakes and spoon on the yogurt, scatter the berries and drizzle the honey. Then dig in!
