Super green spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 200g Spaghetti

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 100g cavolo nero

  • 2 tbsp parmesan

  • 60ml single cream

Method:

  • Boil water in a saucepan and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes, or until al dente.

  • Add the cavolo nero to the pasta pan and cook until wilted.

  • Remove the cavolo nero and place into a blender, then blend it with 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tbsp parmesan, and 30ml cream until smooth.

  • Drain the spaghetti, saving a cup of pasta water.

  • Stir the sauce into the spaghetti, adding pasta water to thin it out if needed.

  • Serve and enjoy!
