Super green spaghetti
Ingredients:
200g Spaghetti
2 garlic cloves, chopped
100g cavolo nero
2 tbsp parmesan
60ml single cream
Method:
Boil water in a saucepan and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes, or until al dente.
Add the cavolo nero to the pasta pan and cook until wilted.
Remove the cavolo nero and place into a blender, then blend it with 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tbsp parmesan, and 30ml cream until smooth.
Drain the spaghetti, saving a cup of pasta water.
Stir the sauce into the spaghetti, adding pasta water to thin it out if needed.
Serve and enjoy!
