Sweet chilli tuna bagel
Ingredients (serves 1):
Tin of Tuna
1 Spring onion
2 tbsp Low fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Sweet chilli
½ tsp Black pepper
½ tsp Garlic granules
Bagel
15g Low fat cheese, grated
Handful of salad leaves, to serve
Method:
Add tuna (drained), sweetcorn, spring onion, Greek yogurt, sweet chilli, black pepper and garlic granules to a bowl and mix well. That is your filling sorted.
Cut the bagel in half and spoon the mixture onto each side.
Top with some grated cheese and place in the airfyer (or under a grill) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Once cooked, plate the bagel up with a good handful of rocket and dig in.
