Sweet chilli tuna bagel

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • Tin of Tuna

  • 1 Spring onion

  • 2 tbsp Low fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Sweet chilli

  • ½ tsp Black pepper

  • ½ tsp Garlic granules

  • Bagel

  • 15g Low fat cheese, grated

  • Handful of salad leaves, to serve

Method:

  • Add tuna (drained), sweetcorn, spring onion, Greek yogurt, sweet chilli, black pepper and garlic granules to a bowl and mix well. That is your filling sorted.

  • Cut the bagel in half and spoon the mixture onto each side.

  • Top with some grated cheese and place in the airfyer (or under a grill) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

  • Once cooked, plate the bagel up with a good handful of rocket and dig in.
