Mini Movers is moving into the John Willie Sams Centre this May

Mini Movers is a session for young children aged 2 to 4 years old. It’s a great opportunity for little ones to be active and try different healthy foods.

When: Friday, 9.15-10.15am (from Friday 3 May for six weeks)

Where: John Willie Sams Centre, Dudley, NE23 7HS

During the session the team delivers a variety of activities to develop skills such as:

  • agility

  • balance

  • co-ordination

  • numeracy

  • literacy

Parents and carers can support their child(ren) during the morning session, while taking advantage of advice on healthy eating from the friendly and qualified team.

The sessions are free of charge, and you can sign up via the registration form.
